This policy covers this commercial website and the bot check on access to the app (staff sign-in and trial sign-up). On each town’s own EnaArchive site (the archive and the routes), the town council is the controller and we act as its processor.

What data we process and why

Emails you send us. This website has no form: if you write to us, we process your name, email address, organisation and message only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool that we host ourselves on a server in the European Union: it stores nothing in your browser, creates no persistent identifier, and we only see aggregate figures (page views, country, device type). Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) temporarily logs technical data about each request, such as the IP address, to keep the website running and protect it. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Bot check in the app (Cloudflare Turnstile). To tell people from bots and prevent automated access and abuse, staff sign-in to the EnaArchive app and the trial sign-up form use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), a security service. This commercial website does not load it. When you open one of these forms, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data about your browser and device (such as the user agent and TLS fingerprint). Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR). It sets no cookies on our domains. Cloudflare acts as a data processor and, when it uses these signals to improve its bot detection, as an independent controller; it may process the data outside the European Union under its data processing terms. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why there is no consent banner. It loads no third-party fonts, videos or maps.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and at most one year after the last contact, unless we start a business relationship; in that case, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax obligations).

Who can see it

We do not share your data with anyone. We use these providers, which process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and the Turnstile bot check in the app) and Google (our mailbox, on Google Workspace). Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are US companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the international transfer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@enacast.com. If you think we have not handled it correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
